For EU customers who are VAT exempt (when using MyCommerce)

VAT (Value Added Tax) Fees

If you are VAT exempt then you will need to enter your VAT ID on the Confirmation / Order Summary page of the order (in the box to the right of VAT Exemption ID) and then click on the Apply button. Then you need to wait until the order total has been recalculated (zero rated for VAT) before clicking on the "Place Your Order" button.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT REFUNDS: MyCommerce cannot refund VAT, only, on an order.
